Important
IndiGo may prepone flights by around 10 minutes, typically 2–3 days before departure. These changes only appear on IndiGo’s official website and via text messages—third-party apps and tracking websites do not reflect the updated time.
General
IndiGo has recently introduced a Business Class–equivalent product, which is not available to staff. The staff travel portal only shows:
- Total booked pax
- Total seat capacity It does not show class breakdowns
Non-rev policy
IndiGo employees can list with a PNR without payment, leading to a "first come, first serve" boarding policy rather than based on rank/seniority.
Listing
Effective June 27, 2025, IndiGo staff (employees and nominees) must complete payment for SLT PNRs at least 24 hours before scheduled departure.
- Unpaid PNRs will be cancelled at D-24 hrs, and priority lost.
- Only paid PNRs will reflect in the load list.
- For bookings made within 24 hrs of departure, payment is required at the time of booking.
