Flight loads and the number of non-revenue passengers for airline flights with a 4-digit flight number are accessible up to 72 hours before departure. They become available again to the crew 2 days before departure (non-rev number is available only 1 day before) and are not updated in real-time but only a couple of times per day. For holiday flights with a 3-digit flight number, loads are updated only once a day, and non-revenue passengers will be visible to the crew one day before the flight.
