Baggage
One piece of hold luggage (max 20kg) per passenger (infant is allowed 10kg in hold). Cabin luggage: 1 cabin bag (dim 55x40x25) not guaranteed on board and 1 piece of hand luggage (dim 40x30x20) with a total weight of max 10kg. The commercial (excess) baggage policy applies. Transavia is a ticketless airline, you receive your booking confirmation via e-mail with a booking reference (PNR). Transavia does not have ticketnumbers. Check-in
Most checkin desks are open between 2 hours and 40 minutes before departure, check the exact times on our website. www.transavia.com Intinerary receipt and proof of identity will be requested at the check in.
Refunds
Cancellations should be requested in myIDtravel via Manage Booking & Tickets. Refunds are processed automatically when canceling. If you encounter a cancellation or refund error, please include PNR and screenshot(s) in the email communication. Check ID agreement ‘HV’ in myIDTravel for email adres in case of errors.
