Same baggage allowance as for full fare passengers applies.
dress code
Staff and their family members shall:
- Behave Discretely, not revealing their airline affiliation to other passengers.
- Not place any special demands on their own or third carrier's other services on the ground or in the flight.
- Give priority to revenue passengers at all times (ticketing desk, Check-In, boarding, etc.)
NOTE: Austrian reserves the right to refuse boarding to anyone traveling on Staff Travel Concessions whom it deems has to adhered to the Staff Travel Dress code Policy.
Eligible Persons travelling under the terms of this agreement must ensure that their appearance and behavior are in line with the Transporting Airline's policy. Eligible Persons must ensure that no inconvenience is given to commercial passengers of the Transporting Airline and that ground staff and cabin crew are not distracted from giving maximum service to such passengers. As a rule, Eligible Persons should be dressed in accordance with public standards of good taste. This will normally mean attire suitable for an office, or smart casual wear. It excludes jeans, T-shirts, sweat-shirts, shorts, gym shoes, and similar extremes of casual wear. Failure to observe the regulations of the Transporting Airline may result in refusal to accept for travel.
listing
Listing is mandatory. Listing is automatically created when purchasing your e-ticket. If your original travel listing date has passed, you must access your ticket on myIDTravel and list again for your new travel date.

upgrade
Austrian does upgrade paying passengers to accommodate all non-rev travelers.
refunds
Refund requests for wholly unused tickets will be processed automatically and the myIDTravel fee will be refunded.
Refund requests for partially used tickets will be processed manually and may take some time. The myIDTravel fee is not refundable for partially used tickets.

special
- Special Services like Wheelchair and PETC have to be requested in the reservation and have to be confirmed by OS.
- No Special Services for stand-by passengers possible.
- ASR for ID passengers not allowed.
- Children under 16 years cannot travel on a rebate ticket unless accompanied by an adult travelling on the same type of rebate ticket.
embargoes
All train services operated under OS flight number.
visa
The necessary travel documents such as passport, visa or vaccination certificates must be acquired and their validity must be checked by the traveler before starting the trip. LH accepts no responsibility for missing or invalid documents. Fines imposed to LH, resulting from non-compliance with official requirements, will be borne by the the traveler.
For all travel to India and or transiting India a Visa is always required !!
