Important

Loads are available to employees (not on their email and not all employee have access) only one day before schedule departure

Baggage

Each passenger is allowed a total free baggage allowance of 70 pounds (lbs), which includes both checked and carry-on items. A maximum of three pieces is permitted as checked baggage. Due to weight and balance considerations, baggage is not guaranteed to travel on the same flight as the passenger.

Dress code

Presentable Casual Attire The following attire is considered unacceptable:

  • Beachwear or beach footwear of any kind.
  • Sportswear, including warm-up or jogging suits.
  • Short shorts, short skirts, or micro miniskirts.
  • Clothing that exposes the midriff.
  • Apparel featuring offensive terminology or graphics.
  • Cut-off clothing, including items with ragged edges or holes.

If you require listing from WPG - NON-IATA airport (Perimeter Airport Terminal), please email myidtravel@perimeter.ca.

Refunds

For a refund of an unused ticket, please email myidtravel@perimeter.ca with the following information:

  • Full name of the passenger
  • Date of travel
  • Flight details
  • City pairs

For infants and special service requests, please contact:

  • reservations@perimeter.ca (for flights in Manitoba)
  • reservations@bearskinairlines.com (for flights in Ontario) Include your booking reference, airline details, and employee number in the email.
